We provide a dynamic recovery program that restores lives through an inward journey leading to lifelong wholeness.
We do this by creating a safe and welcoming environment where persons suffering from Substance Use Disorder (SUD) can find help, freedom and purpose for their lives as we have since opening in 2016 through our three-phase, evidence-based, residential program and transitional housing.
We strongly believe that everyone deserves to live a life of purpose. We remind them that they are worthy of love, respect, and forgiveness. Our clients deserve a clean, comfortable facility with a low client-to-staff ratio where they can work toward healing.
But our main focus is on the inner work, helping them recognize the underlying challenges and finding constructive ways of overcoming them.

Since there is no “one size fits all” formula that leads to success, we treat each client as an individual and meet them where they are to determine the best treatment plan.
We believe that our clients can completely recover through a team approach that addresses physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
Programs
Acquiring a foundation in recovery is done through a loving, structured and supportive residential environment that assists our clients in understanding their substance use disorder and providing the foundation for a positive and healthy lifestyle.
Our ASAM 3.5 and 3.1 Levels of Care residential program is assessment-driven and individualized to meet each client’s medical and clinical needs.
Services are provided within a comfortable living environment and provide a continuation of intensive clinical and medical support, targeted case management, and peer support.
This phase provides continued treatment and wrap around services through the clinical, medical, targeted case management, and peer support teams.

Revive maintains its Kentucky state license as a Tier III and Tier II Alcohol and Other Drug Entity (AODE) Residential Treatment Program and accreditation through the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Revive also maintains a three (3) year 3.5 and 3.1 levels certification through the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). Revive residences are certified per the Kentucky Recovery Housing Network, the Kentucky Affiliate of the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR).
