The Revive men’s residential program provides intensive clinical, medical, and recovery-based services for substance use and alcohol disorders through 3.5 and 3.1 ASAM levels of care. This is done through a highly structured, loving, and supportive environment that assists our clients in understanding the disease of addiction.
Our residential program is assessment-driven and individualized to meet each client’s medical and clinical needs. The initial medical and clinical assessments allow our providers to effectively manage withdrawal symptoms, medical concerns, and mental health issues and promote stabilization. The treatment team meets three times per week to discuss each client’s progress, treatment planning and aftercare planning so each client is provided with the best possible opportunity for a successful outcome.
Phase II services are provided within a comfortable living environment and provide a continuation of intensive clinical and medical support and ongoing assessment and treatment planning. The benefits of this phase of long-term treatment is the ability to provide a safe, caring environment while incorporating services and activities that prepare clients for more independent living and gainful employment. Job skills development, life skills, soft skills, further refining the relapse prevention plan, peer support, adult education programs and beginning to focus on employment or education. This phase will provide clients the ability to live into a more purposeful, stable and productive lifestyle
This phase provides continued treatment and wrap around services through the clinical, medical, targeted case management, and peer support teams. This phase is designed for clients to attain gainful employment and engage in continued career planning, targeted case management, and peer support services. Clinical services are decreased, but clients maintain sessions with their therapist and medical professionals are readily accessible, but we also encourage our clients to establish outside primary care. Phase III staff and the residents will maintain a culture of recovery, comradery and serving as positive role models. Clients will be involved in the external community to increase their ability to become fully independent in their recovery prior to completing the long-term program. This is accomplished through attending recovery meetings, work, education, volunteer activities, etc.

I thank God every day for Revive Life House. My son is in the best shape he has been in for years. He is sober and full of life thanks to Dave and the crew. They have been so good and compassionate with him and treated him like a real human being. My son goes to church and thanks God for his friends at Revive who have brought him through this. If you want your loved one treated with respect and dignity this is the perfect place. God works miracles here. I have witnessed one of my own. Thank you Lord for putting Revive in our lives. I have my son back.
MarkOutside of God and my kids, Revive Life House is absolutely the best thing that has ever happened to me! A wonderfully unparalleled program that brought me back to life in every form! From the clinicians, medical, general staff, to spiritual leaders restoring my health, mind, and emotions, I am an entirely whole person for myself, family, and friends once again!

I now have a son because of the help he received at Revive Life House. This is a miracle from God. I cannot be more grateful. I have not had him sober since he was 10 years old, he is now 54. He has been sober and surrendered to Jesus 5 years now! Thank you Revive!
