Revive Recovery Housing
We offer an extended runway of support and encouragement for residents who have completed their clinical programs and are looking for additional time to focus on their long-term sobriety. Residents have access to outpatient services and medication management to ensure their recovery receives professional medical and clinical care, when applicable. We are certified at the Level 3 of the KYARR Standard, per the Kentucky Alliance of Recovery Residences (KYARR).
Revive by the Numbers
Revive maintains its Kentucky state license as a Tier III and Tier II Alcohol and Other Drug Entity (AODE) Residential Treatment Program and accreditation through the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Revive also maintains a three (3) year 3.5 and 3.1 levels certification through the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). Revive residences are certified per the Kentucky Recovery Housing Network, the Kentucky Affiliate of the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR).
